About the Role:
As a Cabinet Installer, you will be responsible for:
- Loading, Delivering and Installing Cabinets
- Installing cabinets accurately and efficiently according to blueprints and specifications.
- Ensuring precise measurements and proper alignment.
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Working collaboratively with other on-site team members.
- Communicating with on-site PM/Supervisor to ensure proper installation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Leaving job site better than you found it.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Installer (minimum 5 years is preferred).
- Strong understanding of cabinet installation techniques& procedures.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, levels).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work and communicate cohesively with shop coworkers.
- Ability to be a solution provider. When working the field, it is imperative that the employee is able to provide solutions for issues that may arise.
- Willingness and ability to help out in shop if or when needed
- Ensuring company vans/trucks are clean & organized (assist in keeping scheduled maintenance)
- Professional Attitude & Appearance on Job Sites.
- You are a representation of Encompass Woodworking when you are on the job site. The expectation is that you are professional and courteous to all other trades and especially to the on-site Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Showing up dressed properly is important as well. Employee must wear steel toe boots/shoes. Employee must wear pants that are not stained or ripped. Shirts and Hats must not contain wording that could be deemed offensive or unprofessional. Encompass will supply employee with logo shirts & hats after 30 days of satisfactory employment.
