As aHuman Resources Generalist, you will behelpingEncompassteammemberswithall benefits,employee relationsand payrollquestionsserving as a primarily point of contact for our Lewisville Distribution Center. You are a culture champion and will lead and personify our culture.

A Typical Day
- Provide ongoing support and fastresponseto allemployee relationsinquires that require deep subject matterknowledge(employee complaints, investigations, employee counseling and coaching, leave of absence, exit interviews, etc.)
- Serveas a primarycontact,forteam members on all HR related questions(all benefits, payroll, and employee relations)
- Perform thoroughinvestigations
- Leadavariety of projects and initiatives (culture events, wellness programs, HR reports, implementations, process improvement, etc.)
- Lead and facilitate through change management process
- Utilize HRIS (CeridianDayforce) and work management tracking tool (Jira) into day-to-day activities
- Provide recruiting support for the Encompass team as needed including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent
- Assist Human Resources Team with special projects and initiatives
