What You'll Do- Keep equipment running like new Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on everything from mini excavators to telehandlers.
- Diagnose and fix problems fast Use diagnostic tools and hands-on troubleshooting to find and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Work with the team Coordinate with rental and sales to ensure all equipment is job-site ready.
- Stay organized Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts to keep everything running smoothly.
- Grow your skills Stay up to date on the latest industry tech with ongoing training.
- Experience matters Previous work as a mechanic or service technician, preferably with construction or industrial equipment.
- Technical know-how Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Problem-solving mindset Quick thinker who can troubleshoot and repair efficiently.
- Physically capable This is a hands-on role that requires stamina and strength.
- Good communicator Comfortable working with customers and teammates.
- Valid driver's license A clean record is a plus.
