What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems on a variety of equipment, including telehandlers, aerial lifts, skid steers, compact track loaders, and excavators.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues, ensuring all repairs meet high safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed service records and work orders using our maintenance software.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure all equipment is rental-ready and meets ENCON's standards of reliability.
- Extensive mechanical experience with heavy or construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
- A self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license
