Job Details
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, and Project).
- Knowledge of SQL or other query languages and tools (or willingness to learn)
- Experience working with software development/defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar products
- Ability to learn new tools
- Analyze and solve business problems using technical solutions
- Collect, analyze, and document user and functional requirements in an IT environment
- Understand the business and system processes as they relate to a project or initiative s goals
- Define and document user requirements to include requirements elicitation techniques such as stakeholder analysis, acceptance criteria, and effort estimation
- Analyze and document system requirements with Use Case Modeling, User Stories, Story Mapping, or other compliant techniques
