As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with high-tech clients across North America to understand their products, strategies, and goals. Acting as the key liaison, you will translate these insights into actionable plans for Encora's global delivery teams, driving the successful execution of cutting-edge software development projects. Your expertise and leadership will ensure that our clients' visions are brought to life with precision and innovation.
- Develop deep understanding of assigned clients' products, strategies, and engineering goals
- Act as the main facilitator for gathering, clarifying, and documenting detailed requirements from American client stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct discussions with client representatives to ensure that all technical needs and business objectives are fully understood and accurately conveyed to the development team.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and communicate them to Encora's Global Delivery teams.
- Develop and monitor metrics to assess the project's health
- Actively identify and suggest enhancements to both processes and products
- Manage escalation paths for technical or communication issues that could impact project timelines or quality, ensuring swift problem resolution.
