As we continue to grow, we are seeking a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our team.
The Role
As Encord's second recruiter based in the US, you will work closely with our co-founders and senior GTM leadership to build out our commercial team by attracting exceptional talent that will define the future of our company. You will oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers, and will take charge of all core commercial functions, including Sales, Growth / Marketing, and Customer Success.
About You
- You have 2-3 years of experience in either a recruiting team within a startup / corporate setting or a sales team.
- Your primary focus is on identifying top talent, involving relentless nurturing, creative outbound strategies, and A / B testing job descriptions to optimize for candidate interest.
- You are a self-starter eager to contribute to building a hyper-growth business from its foundation.
- You are results-oriented, detail-focused, and possess a strong sense of urgency; you always seek solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Upon hearing a role and its criteria, you can immediately think of ideal candidates, regardless of their current job status.
- You thrive on connecting with others; often, you are the first point of contact for top talent considering their next career move.
Additional Details about the Role & Encord
This is a full-time position, located in our San Francisco office. The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus equity.
