Key Qualifications:
- Completion of two years of college coursework in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in MS Windows, server, and network environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid Florida driver’s license, US citizenship or Green Card holder, and a willingness to travel occasionally to various sites (minimal travel required).
- Proficiency in diverse environments: Microsoft Windows (7 to current), Office 365, Apple, CISCO, VoIP Phones, HP Printers, Hyper-V Server, VMware, Windows Server (2012 to current), routers, firewalls, and Meraki Networking.
- Extensive knowledge of Office 365 and Azure is needed.
- Strong experience with CrowdStrike, security protocols, compliance standards, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki equipment is of great importance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- A strong background in customer service and support.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in software integrations with existing SAGE accounting software.
Experience Required:
- 10 years of experience in IT, server, and network management is a must.
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and compliance management.
- Familiarity with VMWare and Hyper-V, with a preference for at least 3 years of experience in these technologies.
- Proven experience with CrowdStrike and Cisco Meraki equipment or similar products.
What You'll Do:
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Collaborate with IT team members to lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks, ensuring seamless operation and connectivity.
- Maintain existing systems and networks to ensure they remain operational and up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues while providing exceptional support to our users.
- Travel to various locations to install, repair, and maintain computer and telecommunications equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Create regularly scheduled reports on all systems and software and security to monitor performance and compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (TBD)
