We work with thousands of clients in the Shreveport Bossier area from homeowners to businesses and municipalities. We are looking for a highly energetic, fast paced personality who wants to grow their career.
This position is not a wedding/event coordinator but rather an event equipment rental coordinator and sale representative. This position is suited for an individual with some type of sales or prior equipment rental experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with their event equipment rental needs, provide quotes, and enter and maintain orders.
- Increase orders with add-on sales/rentals
- Follow up with customers after their event to ensure they had a positive experience.
- Assist in order preparation for deliveries as well as check in orders for accurate inventory counts upon return.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of previous customer service/sales experience
- High School diploma
- Ability to show up on time
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
Typical start time:
- 8AM
Typical end time:
- 4PM
