Are you a dynamic billing professional with expertise in AIA and construction billing? Were seeking a Contract Billing Specialist to join our dedicated finance team at our Pawtucket, RI headquarters. Youll be responsible for managing the billing process from start to finish, supporting our Accounts Receivable management, and handling a diverse range of construction projects.

What Youll Be Doing :
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA Billing G702 / G703 forms with precision.
- Invoice customers using intercompany software on a monthly basis.
- Manage over 80 construction projects efficiently.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and project managers.
- Create and maintain construction project records in SAGE, including change orders.
- Review contracts to extract detailed billing information and line items.
- Prepare and review waivers, including conditional, unconditional, and final.
- Oversee the collection of unpaid invoices and coordinate adjustments such as change orders and retention.
- Assist with collecting and verifying Certificate of Insurance for each project.
- Audit project completion to ensure accurate billing and collection on retainage.
