What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the go-to person for technicians, solving problems and providing guidance on challenging job site situations.
- Take charge of customer relationships, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and manage project schedules, keeping the team on track and stepping in when needed to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Manage inventory, tracking materials and equipment, and placing orders as necessary.
- Represent Encore with professionalism and a positive attitude in every interaction—both with customers and internally.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in a field supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of contract terms and pricing.
- Ability to work at heights and lift at least 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll need to travel throughout Western MA for this role).
