As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in protecting lives and property while advancing your career in the fire protection industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install, service, and inspect wet, dry, and pre-action sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with code and identifying non-conformance issues.
- Represent Encore professionally and positively when interacting with customers, both directly and indirectly.
- Work efficiently both as part of a team and independently, with the ability to handle on-call rotation responsibilities.
- Layout, assemble, install, maintain, and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings throughout New England.
What You’ll Need:
- Journeyman’s license preferred, but apprentices with relevant experience are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Massachusetts.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
- An interest in the construction industry, with experience reading blueprints, using hand tools, and operating machinery a plus.
