Our continued growth and success has created a need for a Sprinkler Service Manager for our West Wareham operation. Our Service Managers are the "go-to" experts for their product line, offering crucial support and guidance to both field technicians and office staff. As our Sprinkler Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing day-to-day operations, resolving technical issues, and driving exceptional service delivery.
Here's some of what you can expect :
- Serve as a knowledge hub for our technicians, providing guidance to navigate intricate service calls with expert recommendations
- Offer strategic product suggestions to empower our Deficiency Sales Team in accurately quoting system repairs and suggesting remediation step
- Effectively communicate with our customers, and taking ownership for resolving service related issues
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the service team, fostering growth in technical and industry-specific expertise
- Engage proactively in initiatives to retain customers, boost revenue, and enhance overall departmental profitability
- Partner closely with the Operations Manager and Director to set clear financial and operational goals
- Perform on-site visits to job sites to guarantee the punctuality and efficacy of projects
