What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Materials Handler position at Encore Fire Protection?
As a Warehouse Materials Specialist at Encore Fire Protection, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to unload product using forklifts and pallet jacks, accurately count and verify physical product received, and inspect freight for possible damage.
In addition to these tasks, you will also pick and stage orders required for multiple job-sites across New England, coordinate logistics of all departing and arriving shipments, and perform general maintenance throughout the office and grounds.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are also required.
