Overview:
Encore Fulfillment is seeking a reliable Inventory Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hourly position plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy within our fast-paced fulfillment center. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient flow of goods, accuracy in inventory data, and seamless support for order fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Accuracy:
- Perform daily cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Receiving & Storage:
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory to maximize efficiency.
- Order Fulfillment Support:
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments and transfers.
- System & Reporting:
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to update inventory data.
- Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to management.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory systems, WMS, or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
