VP of Maintenance and Facilities

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Maintenence to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and management, with a proven track record of effective leadership. Candidate must have previous Healthcare experience. Candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance productivity while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance departments, ensuring optimal performance of all equipment and systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment.
• Oversee large construction projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance activities with overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement or repair.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Previous experience with Lifesafety codes.
• Experience with CMMS tools for effective maintenance management.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
