We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and support of our company’s CRM application. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and other developers to ensure the CRM system meets the evolving needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:
The Loan IQ Technology Analyst is responsible for liaising between Business users and Development team. The overall objective of this position is to take active role in Loan IQ BAU activities, participate in regression testing as well as to validate new functionality.
H/she will have effective communication and diplomacy skills to influence internal partners to test and deploy a new version of Loan IQ system and related components. The resource will be driving execution across Loan IQ production support, enhancements, analysis, and testing efforts.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Converting requirements into IT specifications.
- Documenting specifications
- Design and document testing/QA plan
- Communicating and coordinating efforts and workshops between business and IT teams
- Coordinate and assist with end user acceptance testing sessions.
- Loan IQ platform experience, with background in Loan IQ functionality.
- Testing and Defect Life Cycle knowledge
- Exposure to Syndicated Loan business knowledge in a large financial services organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic SQL programming experience – needed to execute some SQLs for the testing purposes.
- Agile experience preferred.
