Job Description:
Encore is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and strategic Sales Operations Manager for an hourly, part-time contract role on an as-needed basis. This position offers flexibility and is ideal for candidates looking to contribute their expertise to optimize sales processes and drive operational efficiency without a full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage business proposals, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations to support sales efforts.
● Conduct monthly revenue forecasting to provide insights and support decision-making.
● Oversee sales pipeline management and reporting for both existing and prospective clients.
● Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales processes.
● Manage accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
● Partner with the accounting firm for quarterly financial statements, annual tax filings, and bookkeeping.
● Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate and current information.
Experience and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or marketing.
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in business administration, operations, finance, or accounting. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, and Canva.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: This is an hourly, part-time contract position starting at $30/ hour with the ability to go higher based on experience and expertise. The role provides flexibility and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing organization without the commitment of a full-time role.
