Your Role

As a key player in our production process, you will help shape the interior of each coach, ensuring that we continue to set the standard in the luxury entertainment tour sector. With your hands-on experience in woodworking and cabinet construction, you will be pivotal in helping us meet our ambitious production goals as we grow and expand into new facilities. Your Role
Join our team at Encore Luxury Coaches as a Carpenter Technician III and contribute to the craftsmanship that defines our exceptional touring coaches. As a key player in our production process, you will help shape the interior of each coach, ensuring that we continue to set the standard in the luxury entertainment tour sector. With your hands-on experience in woodworking and cabinet construction, you will be pivotal in helping us meet our ambitious production goals as we grow and expand into new facilities. Responsibilities
- Work with management to meet coach conversion goals for interior installation.
- Installing cabinet and paneling along with some interior fabrication.
- Installation of wallpaper and/or various wall treatments, such as insulation.
- Collaborate with interior and electrical technicians during installation.
- Mentor and support junior carpenters and technicians, guiding their work and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Adapt to complete other duties as needed, including taking on a leadership role in training sessions and development workshops.
- 3 years’ recent experience working with woodworking.
- Experienced with high-quality cabinet construction.
- Experienced with building and installing interior cabinetry.
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications, documentation, schematics, and installation instructions.
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Smartsheets would be a plus.
- Experience with tiling & wallpaper would be a plus.
- Ability to provide hands-on training and guidance to new or less experienced staff.
- Work overtime and flexible hours as needed to departmental needs.
Salary : $35 - $42
