Your Role
As a Handyman II (internally known as a Shell Prep Technician), you’ll be instrumental in constructing our high-end, custom motorcoaches from the ground up. Starting with just a shell, you’ll help build remarkable, one-of-a-kind Star Coaches that set the standard for luxury across North America. Working in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility, you’ll handle a variety of essential tasks—from woodworking and electrical work to plumbing and finishing—ensuring each coach meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.

Your Role

Responsibilities
- Custom Fabrication & Installation: Build and install custom cabinetry, paneling, flooring, and luxury fixtures with precision craftsmanship.
- Electrical & Wiring Work: Route and install wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Plumbing & Water Systems: Install and connect water lines, sinks, showers, and toilets, ensuring leak-free and durable performance.
- Mechanical & HVAC Integration: Assist with installing hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems for optimal functionality.
- Blueprint & Technical Interpretation: Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and build instructions to execute designs accurately.
- Quality Control & Finishing: Inspect and refine work to meet luxury-grade standards, ensuring flawless fit and finish.
- Team Collaboration & Efficiency: Work closely with senior technicians, engineers, and designers to maintain smooth workflow and craftsmanship.
- Safety & Continuous Improvement: Follow safety guidelines and stay up to date with new materials, tools, and industry advancements.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction, remodeling, cabinetry, or precision installation work.
- Must have experience in at least two of the following trades: carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to fit, finish, and detail—must be comfortable working on high-end, luxury-quality builds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight production schedules.
Salary : $31 - $35
