About the Role :
As a Project Manager at Encore Mechanical, you will be the face of the project, representing both our company and our customers. You will take charge of the entire project lifecycle, including :
- Proposal writing and procurement
- Managing RFIs and change orders
- Project monitoring and closeout
- Warranty management
- Collaborating with internal teams, including accounting, production, and executive leadership
