East Tulsa Manufacturing company seeking a part time payroll assistant.
This role is to assist with timecard data entry, excel entry, assisting the Payroll Specialists in reviewing and entering timecards into payroll system.
Desired skills:
- Data entry into Excel, Accounting system, and Payroll system
- Basic math skills
- General administrative duties (filing, greeting customers, answering phone)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized
- Work independently
Work schedule: 15-20 hours/week
