Lead Water Restoration Technician

Encore RRC, INC is looking for Full Time water restoration technician.

This full-time position offers full time work every day along with excellent compensation and the chance for raises after 90 days.

Our employees are provided uniforms after 30 days and the option for health care after 90 days.

Job Description for Water Restoration Technician:

Respond to service calls as needed. Perform mitigation services as assigned, following Encore RRC production guidelines. Communicate with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Full-time, expected working hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (later hours are expected, dependent upon on when each job is completed for the day). There is weekly on-call rotation in which you would be expected to be available after-hours for one week out of every three to four weeks. When it is your week to be on-call, you are expected to respond and report to the office within one hour of receiving an emergency services call. There is a bonus system for responding to calls after-hours, in addition to the hourly wages you make.

Pay for Water Restoration Technician:

• Based on experience.

Requirements for Water Restoration Technician:

• Must be willing and able to work on jobs in which we clean bio-hazards, viruses and various pathogens
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test and have a valid driver license (at least 3 years of driving experience is required)
• Must be able to be on-call for one week (out of every 3-4 weeks) and respond to after-hour service calls for emergency water mitigation
• Must be able to consistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift and carry 50lbs or more on a daily basis
• Experience in the water mitigation and fire restoration industry is required
• Must be customer service oriented and have great communication skills along with the ability to be a team leader

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Water damage restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• IICRC Certification (Preferred)

• Wilmington, NC 28403: Relocate before starting work (Required)
