Our client is looking to add a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience.
- This firm provides compensation similar to Big Law 10% origination bonuses, which results in some Associates taking home over 7 figures!
- The firm is less than 50 attorneys
- Provides 1 : 1 mentorship
- Associates typically bill between 1900-2200 hours.
Base Compensation range : $180k - $325k
