As a Legal Recruiter, you will support our Legal Team in executing successful searches for Partner & Associate level Attorneys, and providing exceptional service to our valued Clients.

Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter, Legal Search

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize outreach to prospective candidates through cold calls, cold InMails, cold emails, and referrals
- Collaborate with the CEO, President, & Sr. Recruiter of Legal Search on job order intake calls
- Consistently request referrals to do business with the prospective candidates’ current employers
- Present qualified candidates to the Account Manager and/or Clients
Key Performance Indicators:
- 3 to 4 Qualified Candidates Per Week
- 2 Candidates Per Week that Graduate to the ‘Shopping’ Stage
- Minimum of 125 outbound calls per week
- Target of $150,000 in billed revenue in 2025
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn preferred
- Desire to learn the Legal industry and build relationships with high caliber Partners and Associate Attorneys
- 1-2 years of legal or technical recruiting experience preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of project management experience preferred, but not required
- Prior experience within a recruitment agency preferred, but not required
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Compensation: Hourly Rate contingent on experience, commission opportunities available, advancement opportunities to full-time/salaried based on performance
** Eligible for base salary raise consideration after 90 days of employment

Probationary Period:
All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employee’s performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners. For the duration of 90 days, employment may be terminated at any time during this period without notice. Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days. During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored. At the end of the Probationary Period, the employee will be informed if they have successfully completed the Probationary Period.
