Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to your territory.
- Identify and refine target accounts using the Company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Drive business growth by leveraging your own contacts, prospecting, networking, and using advanced sales tools to identify new customer opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, acting as a trusted consultant to understand their current and future needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineering pre-sales teams to propose compelling service solutions.
- Negotiate contracts in coordination with executive management and legal teams.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including conducting post-mortem reviews on lost opportunities to improve strategies.
Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates with:
- A proven track record in sales, with a focus on engineering services, electronic design, or similar industries.
- A “sales hunter” mentality with a relentless drive to secure new business.
- The ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as an entrepreneurial contractor.
- B.S. in Engineering or related field required. MBA or equivalent also highly desired.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory (current valid driver’s license required).
