Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools
- Optimize web content, landing pages, and social media profiles for SEO and conversions
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting) with a focus on ROI and lead generation
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging digital assets (e.g., banners, infographics, videos)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage budgets and provide recommendations for optimizing spend
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, SEM, and website optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Creative problem-solving and a keen interest in staying ahead of marketing trends
