- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling walk-in visitors
- Check-in and check-out guests, patients, and tenants in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle room assignments, key card distribution, and parking passes
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accuracy with the point-of-sale system
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including supplies and amenities
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
