We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, patients, and tenants in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling walk-in visitors
  • Check-in and check-out guests, patients, and tenants in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle room assignments, key card distribution, and parking passes
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accuracy with the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including supplies and amenities
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); experience with property management systems is a plus
