Job Summary:
Encore Autism Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth and Outreach Leader to
spearhead the development and execution of our demand generation and talent acquisition strategy.
This role will balance the dual pipelines of demand for our high-quality, personalized autism care
services and the recruitment of top-tier talent to deliver these services. This strategic leader will drive both expansion and workforce initiatives, ensuring our growth and outreach teams achieve success across current markets and new territories.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement growth and outreach strategies that support Encore's expansion roadmap and mission to deliver exceptional autism services.
- Balance demand generation with effective talent acquisition, ensuring robust and timely staffing
aligned with service expansion goals.
- Leverage processes, strategies, and activities across demand and talent pipelines to maximize
operational efficiency and impact.
- Demand Generation & Business Development:
- Lead market analysis to identify target locations based on autism prevalence and community needs.
- Cultivate referral partnerships and networks, including early intervention agencies, diagnostic
centers, state autism organizations, and educational institutions.
- Oversee outreach initiatives to build brand awareness, stimulate demand, and drive service
utilization across target markets.
Talent Acquisition & Team Management:
- Oversee and optimize recruitment strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified clinicians
and support staff.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to anticipate staffing needs, maintain optimal staffing
ratios, and minimize time-to-hire.
- Lead and mentor the Growth and Outreach team, setting performance standards and fostering a
collaborative, mission-driven culture.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and marketing departments to align growth and recruitment
efforts with company goals and patient needs.
- Ensure seamless communication and integration across departments, supporting Encore’s holistic
and personalized approach to autism care.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in growth leadership, business development, or talent acquisition, ideally within ABA or related healthcare services.
- Skills: Strategic thinker with a proven track record in market expansion and staffing; exceptional team management, communication, and collaborative abilities.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of autism services, market development, and talent acquisition best practices; familiarity with ABA therapy and related clinical services is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
