What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Clerk position at Encore Talent Solutions?
- M-F 730am – 430pm
- casual dress
- No insurance experience needed
- cleared background check; however, no proof of Covid / Vax needed.
Qualification :
- Data entry is needed to convert data from the existing policy administration system to the new system
- Enter and/or update electronic bond records using both 3rd party websites and proprietary software
- Compare data from spreadsheets and update systems
- Utilize Commercial Surety Robotic Process Automation to update bond records and attachments.
- Convert all documents to PDF with specific naming conventions.
