Data System Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data System Administrator , you'll strengthen our data infrastructure and enhance the use of our data systems. This role is ideal for mid-to-entry-level professionals looking to advance their careers in the information systems field

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES

• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our data systems, including databases, software applications, and network infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data-related projects and initiatives.

• Perform configuration, automation, and maintenance of CRM and ERP systems.

• Assist in developing and implementing data-driven solutions and strategies to support business objectives.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data systems and provide timely resolution or escalation when necessary.

• Build, maintain, and validate data-driven dashboards and reporting

• Develop automation and routine database maintenance tasks

• Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and implementing middleware between applications and databases

• Assist with IS and IT needs as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel is highly recommended.

• Proficiency with CRM(Salesforce) and ERP(NetSuite) is preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and cross-department teams

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in systems administration and information technology.

• Prior experience with information system management is preferred

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
