What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital File Coordinator position at Encore Talent Solutions?
Job Description :
The expectation is that this person combine all account records into one account file. This person will be comparing account names for spelling and punctuation and making corrections where appropriate. This person will also ensure that all files are complete with required information.
As resources, we will provide the successful candidate with a laptop and an additional monitor. We will also provide the data necessary to begin comparing and combining account records.
The job will be 100% remote - Hours will be 8:00am - 5:0pm pacific time, from Monday-Friday.
Over the first few days, the successful candidate will interact with the manager/ trainer via Teams, as he/she is trained in the system as well as in expectations for the role.
The job is expected to be a 2-month assignment.
Hiring manager will be out until April 14th, and interviews will take place that week with estimated start 4.21.25 pending background check.
Qualification :
The Qualified candidate will:
- Understand and be able to navigate a digital record system after basic training
- Be able to use a laptop
- Have access to sufficient office space during work hours
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to self-motivate in a remote environment
- Have sufficient spelling and typing skills
- Accurately follow directions provided
- Show ability to interact with manager in checking-in and asking questions
