💼 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 Months)

💰 Rate: $60/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking an .Net Developer with expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL to design, develop, and support web and client/server applications for manufacturing operations. The role involves full-stack development, including front-end UI, back-end business logic, database management, and system integrations. This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and maintain C#, .NET, and HTML-based applications

✔ Write clear and concise documentation for code and troubleshooting

✔ Design and implement GUI components for front-end systems

✔ Construct SQL databases, write stored procedures, and optimize queries

✔ Manage code deployments from Test/Dev to Production

✔ Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective resolutions

✔ Collaborate with clients, business users, and internal teams to gather and translate requirements

✔ Work independently and contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing

✔ Integrate with ERP systems (Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus)

✔ Implement secure coding techniques and adhere to best practices

✔ Utilize GIT and Microsoft DevOps for source control

✔ Develop and integrate web services and OData interfaces

✔ Understanding of label printing/barcoding technologies (NiceLabel or BarTender preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 5 years of software development experience (8 preferred)

✅ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (strongly preferred)

✅ Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL development

✅ Experience with Microsoft IIS hosting environment

✅ Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns

✅ Hands-on experience with GIT and Microsoft DevOps for source control

✅ Experience in web-based and client/server application development

✅ Strong understanding of web services, OData, and secure coding practices

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
