Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a local client in search of a Senior Cost Analyst on a direct hire basis. The Senior Cost Analyst performs cost analysis to be used for strategic decision making. Responsible for the design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes and tools in support of business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Track monthly costs and production activity to provide insight into areas needing cost reduction and process or profit improvement.
- Analyze financial and business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements leveraging new technologies and approaches
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and drive projects to reduce costs
- Understand how activities and their costs are linked to products, processes, and customers.
- Design, develop and test reporting solutions
- Validate and champion ERP software updates
- Create documentation and train users on applications and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epicor financials applications and integrations
