Motorcoach Detailer (Washbay Tech)

Your Role
As a Motorcoach Detailer (Washbay Technician), you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and inspecting luxury coaches to ensure they are ready for departure. This hands-on role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our fleet. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing their time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and washing of the exterior and interior of luxury coaches.
• Inspect coaches post-cleaning to ensure all areas meet Encore’s high cleanliness standards.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning products and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule cleanings in line with tour departure times.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the washbay area and storage of cleaning supplies.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues discovered during cleaning to the maintenance team.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning and detailing vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols when handling cleaning materials and equipment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in automotive or coach detailing is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required up to 50lbs.
