The CMMS Coordinator is an active member of the Maintenance support staff team, driving and supporting Maintenance processes, controls and asset management initiatives. Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial, true hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of warehousing/manufacturing maintenance material, project planning and scheduling, enterprise server CMMS experience, and data-driven, analytical thinking and decision-making skills. In addition, effective presentation and persuasion skills are necessary, as is the ability to function in a maintenance team environment.
CMMS Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Be the liaison between the Project Engineering Team & the CMMS Asset Team
- Delegate asset tasks to CMMS Asset Team
- Delegate document tasks to CMMS Asset Team
- Audit assets and documents in the CMMS to ensure consistency
- Set up reports for various roles, to aid in daily functions and decisions
- Receive Safety LOTO and delegate to CMMS Asset Team
- Approve CMMS duties on Red Tag from Project Engineering Team
- Be the liaison between Accounting and the CMMS Asset Team
- Monitor Asset out of service Reports
- Upload Machine Shop Drawings created in-house
- Conduct Asset Admin training for maintenance new hires
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 years of CMMS experience
- 2 years recent experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Smartsheet
- 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- AS Degree in Business Admin or Computer Technology
- Self-starter and a proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
