Position Overview
Provide daily back up to Corporate Office receptionist. Maintain the proper distribution and processing of incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain proper stock of mailing supplies and assist within the HR department, as needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide back-up duties to reception
- Experience in using a multiline switchboard
- Sort and scan employee documents into HRIS
- Operate mail service equipment: Pitney Bowes postage machine
- Serve as liaison for mail service and other departments
- Sort, distribute and collect US mail, USPS, and FedEx mail within Corporate Office and Plants
- Pick-up and deliver materials for special mailings
- Pick up mail at Post Office
- Deliver and pick-up interoffice and outgoing mail between Corporate and Plants
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years receptionist or customer service experience
- High School diploma or G.E.D certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Dependability
- Experience multitasking
- Problem solving
