Encore Design Services is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and connect with our audience. You will work closely with various departments to create relevant content, analyze performance metrics, and foster community engagement across multiple platforms.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to promote the company to target audience of Phoenix homebuilders.
- Drive to model homes across the Phoenix area to capture footage of the company’s flooring, cabinet, countertop, and shower installations.
- Utilize company software (OMNI) to gather data on installation products and manufacturers to assist with content creation.
- Coordinate with employees and owners to create new educational videos.
- Use iPhone apps, primarily CapCut and Lightroom, to edit social media content and incorporate a variety of trending music, audios, green screen technology, and AI voiceovers.
- Photograph / video company events, trainings, meetings, and award ceremonies.
- Utilize the data analytics section of LinkedIn to determine which dates, times, and type of content boosts performance.
- Create a monthly presentation for company owners that includes top-performing posts, data metrics, and new projected posts for the following month.
- Upload posts to all social media platforms three times a week.
