Our Prerequisites:
- Associate/Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 5 -7 years of professional teaching experience supervising staff and developing curriculum
- 5 years of experience as a Director
- Must meet EEC qualifications per state regulations for Director II (only those individuals with current Director I or Director II certification from the EEC will be contacted.)
- Demonstrated understanding of the developmental progression of skills and program development.
- First Aid/CPR certified or willing to obtain this within the first month
- Evidence of physical examination within the last year

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of school to ensure we safely uphold ECC regulations and policies
- Maintain staff schedule
- Hire, engage and develop a team of the best childcare educators
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community contacts
- Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best childcare education for their children
- Working with accounting to ensure payroll is correct
- Plan, develop, schedule, and or provide in-service training and evaluation of staff
