Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and department leads
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle incoming communications (email, phone, etc.) and direct them as needed
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist in coordinating projects, including maintaining timelines and ensuring milestones are met
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items
- Manage and organize digital files and records in accordance with company policies
- Provide support with travel arrangements as necessary
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
