Job Summary:
We are looking for self-employed people who currently possess experience in the IT Support field (Level 1, Level 2) and are willing to support in ticket-based and project-based opportunities soon.
Scope of work involved:
- Hardware installation and configuration of devices like Cisco and Dell.
- Troubleshooting hardware issues and resolving network connectivity problems.
- Rack-and-stack services for IT equipment in data centers or on-site.
- Wireless site surveys using tools like Ekahau Sidekick.
- Firewall setup, access point configuration, and network optimization.
- Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for technical queries and issues.
What Should you have:
- Geographically located within USA
- Basic Networking tools
- Prior experience of similar nature
- Able to work during the business hours
