Job Summary
ENCS Networks is seeking a Junior Network Engineer on part-time basis for upcoming dispatch-based tasks in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve dispatch-based tickets as per ENCS requirements.
- Travel to client sites to troubleshoot, repair, or install network hardware and software (EUC Support)
- Provide on-site technical support for networking issues, including hardware diagnostics and replacements.
- Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure efficient resolution of tickets.
- Install, configure, and test networking devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform basic cable management tasks, including patch panel terminations and cable testing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific guidelines during on-site visits.
- Ensure timely and professional completion of assigned tasks
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently
- Have access to reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various locations as required.
