Job description Endeavor (www.endeavorCRE.com) is a commercial real estate and PropTech talent agency providing high-touch recruitment services throughout major US cities. Endeavor has partnered with an active, well-capitalized, institutional investor and owner with an AUM over $3b. This growth has led to the creating of a newly created role of Director, Transactions Management. The Director Transaction will support transactions (acquisitions and dispositions) due diligence and closing coordination. The ideal candidate must exhibit organization, strong communication skills across multiple platforms and passion for the commercial real estate industry. This role will be involved with both equity and credit transactions. In addition, the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of transaction experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management, operations, or real estate investment banking and will lead due diligence on respective assigned acquisitions and dispositions for the firm. The candidate will assist in reviewing documents and coordination of due diligence tours and third-party vendors. This person will be the lead point of contact with all sellers to coordinate new acquisition activity, communicating with both the acquisition team as well as the operations team (Asset Management, Risk, Tax, Accounting and Legal Teams). This person will also assist in closing activities working closely with Counsel. The Director will also be the lead contact on dispositions. The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree in related field preferred 10 years of relevant real estate experience (asset management, operations, transactions or acquisitions) Passion for real estate and investing Experience with both debt and equity transactions preferred. Demonstrated track record of high achievement in demanding professional and academic settings Superior analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft office applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, motivated, energetic and independent with strong interpersonal skills
