Overview
The Brand Ambassador takes charge and drives student engagement on campus. Working with the Pilot Recruitment team, the Brand Ambassadors execute Pilot recruiting marketing campaigns and spread the word about Endeavor Air to everyone in their aviation network.
Responsibilities
- Build awareness of the Endeavor Air brand on campus.
- Take a consultative selling approach to deliver key brand messages to university influencers and aviation students.
- Assist in the administration of the STEP (Student to Endeavor Pilot) initiative.
- May conduct and lead STEP presentations on campus.
- Drive student engagement and awareness of STEP.
- Bring new ideas to the table and take a lead role in strategically planning and executing of on-campus recruitments events.
- Represent Endeavor professionally in the classroom, at the flight line, at recruitment events, in student groups meetings and to university faculty and staff.
- Provide reporting to management on the effectiveness of events, activities, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Organize and track inventory of promotional materials.
- Attend local and long distance career and recruiting events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently on campus and enrolled at the University of Dubuque Aviation and enrolled in their Degree Program at the partnered university.
- Actively engaged with the current student body.
- Have a career goal of becoming a Commercial Airline Pilot.
- Ability to work in USA.
- Highly-motivated self-starter and problem solver with an unsurpassed work ethic.
- Able to multi-task, manage ambiguity and meet deadlines.
- Strong communicator, team player and collaborator.
- Proven networking and relationship building skills.
- Positive and professional with a high-level of integrity.
- Currently involved with on campus student aviation organizations or groups.
- Know how to leverage social media to your network.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible schedule to include weekdays, nights and weekends.
- Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work.
- Office environment: typically at a desk working on a computer.
- Event environment: typically standing, walking, lift/pull/push up to 40 lbs.
