The Crew Records Clerk enters and tracks data of training records to ensure compliance of flight crew and dispatch records.
Responsibilities:- Responsible to validate crewmember training requirements, determine crewmember legality and authorized to release crewmember to conduct line operations.
- Ensures regulatory compliance of all crewmember qualifications.
- Assigned to “off hours” on-call rotation as required by training schedules.
- Required to understand all pilot, flight attendant, and dispatch initial, recurrent, and re-qualification training requirements per the company AFOTM, FATM and DTM.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate digitized training records for pilots, flight attendants, and dispatchers in accordance with company and FAA standards.
- Responsible for updating pilot’s green and high minimums status.
- Track and monitor all pilot certificates, medicals and passports.
- Perform data entry of flight crew, flight attendant and dispatch training records into the electronic tracking system.
- Conduct audits pertaining to data entry of training records.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), crewmember contracts, training manuals, and Company policies.
- Responsible to generate reports and communicate with Flight Operations, Flight Operations Training, In-flight, Crew Scheduling and FAA the status of recurrent training, medical certificates, temporary certificates, and passports.
- Review all Pilot Records Database (PRD) records for job eligibility.
- Track and confirm correct entry of pilot training records in the PRD and conduct quarterly audits on records sent to the PRD.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Experience with CrewQual and CrewTrac preferred
- 1 year of experience in data entry or clerical role preferred
- 1 year of aviation or airline experience preferred
- PC proficient in Microsoft Office products and general internet applications
- Reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Computer work, in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day.
- Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work.
- Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.

Salary : $19 - $25
