We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician who is a jack-of-all-trades, with a passion for keeping things running smoothly to join our team at our vibrant, independent living community tailored for adults 55 and over. Key Responsibilities:

• General Repairs & Maintenance: Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other general repair tasks.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance plans to minimize disruptions and extend the life of community facilities.
• Resident Support: Respond to resident service requests with a focus on quality and customer care.
• Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and improvements to enhance our community’s living experience.
