Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized support to individuals with special needs, assisting them in their daily activities and promoting their independence.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that encourages growth, development, and social interaction.
- Collaborate with families, care advocates, and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and other activities of daily living as required.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 months working in one of the following fields: caregiving, special needs, teaching, babysitting, nanny, nursing, or other care related occupations.

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
