What Does a DSP Do?
As a Direct Support Professional, YOU will be the reason someone achieves their personal goals and lives a more independent life. Every day is different, but you'll:
Provide Attendant Care - Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
Habilitation, Teach Life Skills - Support individuals in developing personal care, home safety, and independent living skills.
Offer Respite Care - Be a trusted companion while caregivers take a well-deserved break.
Document & Follow Policies - Keep accurate records and follow all state and company guidelines.
What You Need to Join Us:
18 years old
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Reliable transportation & valid driver's license (if applicable)
A compassionate heart & a drive to help others!
