Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals at our Rochester clinic. This is a part-time position (about 20 hours per week) in our Rochester location. The ideal candidate will have psychiatric and chemical dependency experience preferably in a behavioral health environment. Must have a working knowledge of CASAC regulations and be comfortable working with the forensic population.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing client medical screenings and evaluations
- Medical injections
- Laboratory testing
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Obtaining prior authorizations as needed
- Facilitation of Medical Education Groups
- Assisting in Med Clinics
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited college of Nursing and 2 years experience in a similar position.
