Position Highlights

• Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) - Vascular Access Center
• Location: Skokie Hospital, Skokie, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Mon/Wed/Fri between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• Required Travel: Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospitals, as needed
• Salary Range: $127,341 - $178,278. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
  
  

What You Will Need

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APRN/PA) in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
• Experience: Prior APP experience preferred
  
  

What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease.
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
• Mange pre- and post-up patients in the hospital setting /rounds & follow-ups
• Perform minor procedures independently and/or under the supervision of the collaborating physician
